Oriental and Continental blend for iftar at Holiday Inn Dubai - Al Barsha

Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha offers guests iftar and suhoor through the month of Ramadhan.

“The iftar buffet will be quite an extensive one, a blend of Oriental and Continental cuisine, with an array of typical Ramadan beverages,” said George Sarkis, Director of Food and Beverage, Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha.

Both the iftar buffet and the suhoor meal will be served at The Gem Garden, the hotel's all day dining restaurant. Available from sunset to 10 pm, the iftar buffet, featuring live cooking stations, will be priced at AED120* per person. A suhoor set menu follows from 12 midnight to 4 am. The predominantly Oriental spread costs AED 85* per person and is also available for room service.

In keeping with the spirit of the month, the Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha will also be running its 'Loves You Campaign' for the underprivileged. The hotel
partnered with the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) in its bid to fight hunger and launched the 'Loves You Campaign' in 2007.

"Till now, we have been successful in reaching out to the underprivileged in several ways that has helped make a difference in their lives. This year too, as in previous years, part of the income from each room booking during the holy month and each iftar meal will go towards a donation that will feed a hungry child for a day," Roxana Jaffer, Resident Director, Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha said.

"Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha has never let an opportunity to contribute to the cause pass by. Ever since the inception of the 'Loves You Campaign', the hotel staff have successfully held various awareness and fund-raising drives in their own small way, not only to build a civil society in the UAE but also to help the needy in other parts of the world.”*Inclusive of 10% municipality fee and 10% service charge.
