This Ramadhan, Marina Mandarin Singapore invites guests to have iftar at the halal-certified AquaMarine buffet restaurant.
Specials include grilled salmon with rempah and spicy coconut, chicken
and jackfruit curry, as well as wagyu beef oxtail rendang. Balinese roasted whole lamb, plus tamarind pineapple and chilli dip are exclusively available on Friday and Saturday evenings.
