Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is hosting the Serambi Juadah Warisan Desa buffet dinner till 24 June at family-friendly Latest Recipe, featuring more than 150 varieties of Indian, Malay, Chinese, Japanese and Western dishes.
The food will showcase culinary styles from Kedah, Kelantan, Perak, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Terengganu and Selangor. Look out for prime cuts in the daging lada hitam (meat with black pepper), kambing panggang (grilled mutton) and seafood such as Raja Ikan Selat Melaka Panggang (grilled fish Melaka style).
There are seven different menus offered in rotation:
