Dagang Halal offers halal assurance management workshop

Dagang Halal, the halal B2B trading portal, is organising a workshop for hotel executives on halal assurance management systems this July. The event is ideal for halal committee members, executives with responsibilities for halal compliance, chefs, and others working in the food and beverage industry.

The workshop aims to cover:

• Halal requirements according to the Malaysia Halal Certification Manual, and procedures for certification
• The latest Malaysia Halal Standard and whether there are special requirements for Sarawak
• Implement a halal assurance management system
• Perform halal internal audits

The event is organised in conjunction with DH Events and Jabatan Agama Islam Sarawak.
