SingPost announces greeting card postage rates for Hari Raya

Singapore Post (SingPost) is offering festive postage rates for Hari Raya Puasa (Eid). The rates will be applicable for all stamped and franked mail that are posted between 15 June 2016 and 6 July 2016.

This is the 15th year that SingPost is offering customers these festive postage rates to promote festive greetings during Singapore’s four major festivals - Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas.

With SingPost’s festive postage rate of S$0.70 for a greeting card (for weight up to 40g) to anywhere in the world (except Malaysia and Brunei), customers can save between 42% and 65% on postage, depending on the destination. Postage rates for greeting cards to Malaysia and Brunei will remain unchanged at S$0.50 (for weight of up to 20g) and S$0.70 (for weight of up to 50g).

The festive postage rate of a non-standard size greeting card to a local address is S$0.30 (for weight up to 20g) and S$0.37 (for weight up to 40g). This is a reduction from the normal postage rate of S$0.60 for greeting cards that are of non-standard sizes.

Customers can purchase stamps for their greeting cards at any post office, Self-automated Machines (SAM), postal agents and stamp vendors located islandwide.
