The Ministry of Religious Affairs, Pakistan has compiled two lists of pilgrims affected by the Mina stampede in KSA.

Crown Prince Mohammad bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister of Interior and Chairman of Hajj Higher Committee has constituted high-level investigative committees to
investigate the cause of the stampede and submit findings to the
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Royal Saudi Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington DC, US has reported.
Enquiries about Hajj pilgrims affected by the Mina incident within KSA can be directed to the 937 hotline from the Ministry of Health, KSA. The call centre is open 24 hours and supports six languages.
