The first batch of Indonesian pilgrims arrived July 31 in KSA through a dedicated Makkah Road Initiative hall at the Hajj halls in King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, KSA.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that the 406 pilgrims had completed entry procedures at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport in Indonesia through the Makkah Road Initiative, speeding up their entry time.
SPA separately reported that the KSA Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten, has shared a decree by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to host 1,500 Hajj pilgrims of the families of martyrs of the Yemeni National Army and the Sudanese forces participating in operations Decisive Storm and Restore Hope this year.
