Halal-certified buffet restaurant AquaMarine has prepared an iftar menu that includes dates, roast whole baby lamb with Moroccan spice, bulgur wheat, raita and Indonesian oxtail soup. Running till 17 July, diners should not miss the chicken, oxtail, prawn and sea bass in banana leaves as well as jumbo charcoal-grilled satay at the Bakar Station.
For group iftars, the newly refurbished and fully air-conditioned Terrace@AquaMarine is available for reservations.
