Enjoy Arabian ambience at IDAM in Doha with the Ramadan Experience Menu, QR285. IDAM is Alain Ducasse’s first restaurant in the Middle East. Philippe Starck designed the décor for this restaurant, which has seating for 60.

The experience begins with the Mezze Collection, a selection of three dishes, followed by a choice of two main dishes featuring the finest imported produce or a local fish. Choose dessert from the sweet trolleys, which include contemporary signatures with an Arabic twist and local desserts revisited. A

Dedicating special attention to crafting non-alcoholic beverages, the barman works alongside the chef in creating the perfect drink to complement the menu. The use of local flavours bursting with fresh chamomile and rosemary, spices, and fruit offers a whole new tasting experience.

IDAM means 'generosity'. IDAM's menu is about refined Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of influence from the Middle East: tender octopus, potatoes infused with saffron, marinated bonito from the Arabian Gulf, lemon and gold caviar; the local catch with crunchy-creamy Egyptian rice, roasted blue lobster, “zaalouk” squash with stuffed squash blossom; camel calf, foie gras with truffles, souffléed potatoes, pastille milk dessert, tea and mint granite.
