Sample Lebanese delicacies at Sheraton Abu Dhabi

The Sheraton Abu Dhabi has organised iftar at the all-day dining restaurant Flavours from sunset to 9pm.

Offering a unique blend of five-star hospitality and Middle Eastern elegance, Flavours will welcome diners with traditional Arabic flavours. Specialty chef Mustafa Al Mulla and his team have prepared traditional and international delicacies, hot and cold mezze, soups, mixed grills, fish specialties, ouzi, dawood basha and shakriya as well as desserts such qatayef and znoud el sit*.

Prayer rooms are located close to the restaurant.

*Ouzi is Lebanese-style baked lamb and spiced rice. Dawood basha are Lebanese meatballs; shakriyah is a meat dish in yoghurt sauce. Qatayef is a dumpling filled with cream or nuts. Znoud el sit is a cream-filled deep-fried Lebanese pastry that is dipped in orange blossom-infused sugar syrup.
