Kossan Rubber Industries has been recognised as the 2019 Global Halal Glove Company of the Year at the annual Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific Best Practices Awards held on 14 November in Singapore.
Kossan Rubber pioneered the halal glove industry through the creation of the CONFIDENZ halal glove brand. The company is one of the largest manufacturers of disposable gloves in the
world. The group exports its products to over 130 countries and employs
approximately 7,000 employees with offices in Malaysia, China and the
US.

The shortlisted companies are evaluated on a variety of actual market performance indicators which include revenue growth; market share and growth in market share; leadership in product innovation; marketing strategy and business development strategy.
Frost also awarded Duopharma Biotech Malaysia Halal Pharmaceutical Company of the Year for 2019.
