Enjoy ayam lemak cili api (chicken in rich and spicy coconut broth), udang masak lemak nenas (curry prawns with pineapple, assam pedas ikan pari (stingray in spicy tamarind stew), pengat pisang (banana in sweetened coconut milk) along with a new live carving station serving dishes such as ikan bakar (seabass fillet with chef’s homemade sambal sauce), and bumbu Bali lamb (Balinese style roasted lamb).
